Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
Availability Shopping at BRADAVIEW.co.uk is fast and easy. All products available to order on our site are in stock, and available for same day dispatch for orders placed before 3PM. |
Delivery Schedule We dispatch your order on the day of receipt if we receive your order before our cut off time. Our cut off time for orders is normally 3PM on weekdays. We may send your order in more than one package, however we will only charge you one postage fee. All small packages are sent via Royal Mail. Packages under 1.25kg are sent Royal Mail First Class, and packages over this weight are sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel. For UK addresses, please allow a total delivery time of 3-10 business days for all Royal Mail packages.
For International deliveries, delivery times depend on the efficiency of your country's mail service. Western European parcels normally arrive within 4 to 7 working days, but you should allow up to 2 weeks. A signature is often required upon delivery for international parcels.
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquires have been completed. This can take up to 15 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, BRADA VIEW shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods or, at our discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem via email (quoting your Invoice number) within 7 working days of placement of order.

If you wish to return a damaged/mis-picked item, please send an e-mail, with the Subject "BradaView CLAIM 00000 where 00000 is the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Detail the items you wish to return and the reason for the return, including photos of any delivery damages. We will examine your claim, and advise on how to proceed.
If returning products, please pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel carefully and your goods arrive with us damaged as a result of the return trip, we may not be able to process your return. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it.
